*Orders that are expensed or invoiced to the Plant are excluded from flat rate and free shipping. The Plant location will be responsible for the shipping charges.

When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. Your account will be updated with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Due to high order volumes, nationwide staffing shortages, and other circumstances directly related to the Covid-19 crisis we are experiencing significant delays in shipping. We are doing everything we can to keep our customers happy and ship all of our orders on time. We are working around the clock to ensure the availability of all our our products and reduce the effects COVID -19 has on our customers. We are closely monitoring the situation nationwide and will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Why am I missing some of my items?
We work hard to provide our customers with as many options as we can. In addition to our UFP Branded Gear we also have many other items available for purchase. These items are "special ordered" just for you! Special Order Items are subject to change and availability and are also final sale. These items can take 3-5 weeks to arrive. We are working on providing live tracking for these products. If you are concerned about your shipment please let us know and we would be happy to assist you.
Occasionally we have products available for sale that are "backordered". Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible but may arrive later than the rest of your purchase.
What do you charge for Ground Shipping?
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $5, and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped within 2-3 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We also offer Free Ground Shipping to Universal Forest Products' corporate office address in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order if you would like to add expedited shipping. Call toll free 855-207-0779.
3 DAY SHIPPING
All 3 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
2ND DAY AIR
All 2nd Day Air orders confirmed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
All Overnight orders confirmed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days within the Continental US. Your account will be updated with a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.
Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. If you have any questions, please email us or call toll free 855-207-0779.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please email us or call toll free 855-207-0779 with your request, and we'll be able to assist you in placing your order.
Do you ship International?
Yes! Please email us or call toll free 855-207-0779 and we'll be able to assist you in quoting shipping fees and placing your order. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s). Some orders may be assigned additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, your account will be updated with a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at https://www.ups.com/. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at https://www.usps.com/.
What are the shipping charges for using your UPS Return Label?
All returns must be approved by our customer service team. Please visit our Return Policy for further information.
We offer Free Return Shipping if you use our UPS Return Label within 7 days of receiving your order. If any items are postmarked after 7 days of receipt, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. UFPgear.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages.
We can not provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other locations outside of the continental US.
To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders in one package as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible toll free at 855-207-07798 so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, UPS charges a $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?
We want to sort out any issues with your order right away! If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please email us or call toll free 855-207-0779.
Please note: Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs charged by the carrier. We are happy to reship your order, but you’ll have to pay the shipping costs. If you wish to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
