We want your shopping experience at UFPgear to be top notch! We hope you love your items. If not, we'll make it right.

NOTE: Service Awards, Gear Select, special orders, custom orders, cosmetics, clearance, closeout, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.

Return Information

  • All returns must be approved by UFPgear Customer Service.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not refundable).
  • After 30 days, orders may not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Items must be returned with original tags intact, if your items were tagged.
When we receive your returned items, we’ll notify you via email if the return has been approved. The purchase price will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Free Return Shipping

Never pay for return shipping! Get free return shipping if your return is postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, you’ll have to pay for return shipping using any insured carrier.

Return Steps

  1. Contact Customer Service at 855-207-0779 or service@ufpgear.com.
  2. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with an electronic mailing label.

PLEASE NOTE: If your return is postmarked within 7 days of receipt, return shipping will be free. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit.

You can also return items via an insured mail service of your choice. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. UFPgear.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs charged by the carrier. We are happy to reship your order, but you’ll have to pay the shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you’ll be charged the return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
